Refund Policy
This Policy explains when a ListingFilms order can be cancelled, refunded, revised, or re-delivered.
Last updated: September 21, 2026
1. Before production begins
You may request a full refund before production begins. Production begins when ListingFilms starts generating, editing, assembling, rendering, or otherwise working on the purchased deliverable after usable media and order details are received.
2. Media that is not workable
If we review your Source Media before production and determine that it is not workable for the video you purchased, we may ask for replacement files, offer a different option, or cancel and refund the order. You are not required to accept a substitute.
3. After production begins
Once production begins, the order is generally non-refundable because production resources have been committed specifically to your property. If ListingFilms determines that we cannot complete the purchased deliverable, we will refund the affected undelivered portion or the full order, depending on what was delivered.
4. Revisions are the first remedy for creative issues
If you are unhappy with pacing, shot choice, text placement, crop, music, or another reasonable creative decision, submit revision notes through the order dashboard and use the revision rounds included with your order. Subjective creative preference by itself does not create a refund right after production begins.
5. What counts as a revision
A revision adjusts the existing project. Replacing the property, submitting a substantially different media set, requesting a different product format, changing most of the creative direction, or adding new deliverables may be treated as new work rather than a revision. Vertical Listing Video includes one revision; Complete Listing Video and Extended Property Film include two unless your checkout states otherwise.
6. Customer-caused delays or unusable access
A refund is not automatically owed because a project is delayed by broken share links, locked folders, missing branding, missing files, late instructions, customer-requested scope changes, or late replacement media. We will pause the project while required information is missing.
8. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. The time for a refund to appear is controlled by your bank or payment processor and may vary.
9. How to request a refund
Use the refund or support option in the order dashboard when available. You can also email hi@listingfilms.homes with the email used for the order, the property address or project name, and the reason for the request. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the transaction.
10. Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits consumer or payment rights that cannot legally be waived.
