This Policy explains the information ListingFilms collects, how project media is processed, and the choices available to customers and business contacts.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how ListingFilms handles information when you visit ListingFilms.homes, receive outreach from us, contact us, place an order, use an order dashboard, submit listing media, request a revision, or receive a finished deliverable.
2. Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, brokerage or team name, billing details, property address, MLS or listing link, Source Media, branding assets, share-folder links, dashboard activity, project-status information, edit notes, revision requests, download activity, support messages, and any other information you choose to send us. Account access is passwordless through Google sign-in or a secure email link.
3. Information from public sources
For business outreach, we may collect publicly available professional information such as an agent or brokerage name, business email, brokerage website, public listing address, listing URL, and other business information associated with a public real-estate listing. We use that information to identify potential customers and personalize outreach. We create a private promotional preview from listing media only when we have the necessary rights or documented authorization to use that media. You can ask us to stop outreach at any time.
4. Website and device data
Our hosting and security providers may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, timestamps, pages requested, and diagnostic logs. We may use this information to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and understand basic site usage.
5. Payments
When payment is processed through Stripe or another payment provider, that provider collects payment-card and transaction information under its own privacy terms. ListingFilms may receive transaction status, billing name, billing email, payment amount, payment method type, dispute information, and limited payment metadata, but we do not need to store your full card number on our website.
6. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate media, process orders, produce and revise videos, communicate about a project, deliver files, provide support, issue refunds, keep business and accounting records, detect fraud or abuse, improve our workflows, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
7. AI and media-processing providers
To fulfill an order, we may send Source Media, prompts, edit instructions, and generated media to third-party AI, video-processing, rendering, storage, or delivery providers. Those providers process data under their own contracts, terms, and privacy practices. We limit what we send to what is reasonably needed for production.
8. Other service providers
We use service providers including Stripe for payments; Firebase for authentication, application data, file storage, and serverless functions; Cloudflare for domain routing, edge delivery, and security; and Google or other disclosed production providers for media processing. We may also use vendors for email, file transfer, analytics, accounting, support, or legal services. They may process information only as permitted by their role and applicable agreements.
9. Selling and advertising use
ListingFilms does not sell customer personal information for money. We do not use private project media to build advertising profiles or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information that does not reasonably identify a person or property.
10. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for production, dashboard operation, revisions, delivery, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Project files and dashboard records may be deleted after delivery and support needs are complete. You should keep your own copy of all delivered files and should not rely on the ListingFilms dashboard as permanent storage.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, but no internet transmission, cloud system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use share links that expose only the files needed for the project and remove access when you no longer want the folder available.
12. Legal disclosures and business changes
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect customers, ListingFilms, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.
13. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we maintain about you. You may also opt out of business outreach. Send requests to hi@listingfilms.homes. We may need to verify the request before acting on it, and some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
14. Children
ListingFilms is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
15. International processing
Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our tools, vendors, or business practices change. The “Effective” date above shows when the current version took effect.
