Delivery Policy

This Policy explains when turnaround starts, how order status is shown in the dashboard, what can delay an order, and how finished files are delivered through the dashboard.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. When the turnaround clock starts

Turnaround begins only after ListingFilms has received successful payment, usable Source Media, working access to any shared folder, required branding or property information, and enough instructions to begin production.

2. Delivery estimates

ListingFilms confirms an order-specific delivery estimate after payment and usable Source Media are received. The estimate depends on the selected video, the media supplied, and the work needed to keep the property accurate. A deadline is guaranteed only when ListingFilms confirms it in writing. Any written deadline already confirmed for an existing order remains in effect.

3. What can pause or extend delivery

Delivery may be extended by inaccessible folders, incomplete media, late branding, unclear instructions, payment review, unusual generation or QA requirements, third-party outages, new Source Media submitted after production begins, customer-requested scope changes, or revisions.

4. Order dashboard

Each active order is managed through a ListingFilms order dashboard. The dashboard is the primary place to see project status, source-media receipt, production progress, quality review, revision activity, and final delivery status. Status labels are informational and may update in batches rather than reflecting every internal production action in real time.

5. Delivery method

Finished videos are delivered through the order dashboard. When a deliverable is ready, the dashboard will show the available file or files for preview and download. We may also send an email notification that the dashboard has been updated, but email itself is not the primary delivery method.

6. Included formats

Vertical Listing Video is delivered as a vertical 9:16 video. Complete Listing Video and Extended Property Film include the vertical and horizontal versions stated on the order page. They also include the branded and unbranded files shown for the purchased service.

7. MLS and platform compatibility

We export standard digital video files, but individual MLSs, brokerages, portals, ad platforms, and social networks can impose their own branding, duration, codec, file-size, music, disclosure, or content rules. ListingFilms does not guarantee that every delivered file will be accepted unchanged by every third-party platform.

8. Revisions and delivery timing

Revision requests should be submitted through the order dashboard unless ListingFilms instructs otherwise. Revision work starts after we receive clear, actionable notes. Revision turnaround is separate from the initial delivery estimate and depends on the amount and type of changes requested. Updated files are returned to the same dashboard.

9. Download and storage

Download finished files from the dashboard promptly and keep your own backup. ListingFilms may retain working files and dashboard access for support and dispute-handling purposes, but we do not promise permanent hosting or indefinite project storage. We may remove old project files after a reasonable retention period.

10. Delivery problems

If a dashboard file is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the service you purchased, submit the issue through the dashboard when available or contact hi@listingfilms.homes. We will investigate and, where appropriate, replace or re-deliver the affected file in the dashboard.
